How to Shift Edit Site Up?

Hello,

How to set the edit site,admin logo,message and notification box at top .

Please see below screenshot:

I want that down contents of notifications,messages, edit site all logo should also come up with AdminCP contents.

That (menu in one bar) was the original design for a while until recently they changed the HTML and separate it to its own bar to prevent wrapping.

I'm not fond of this change too but I'm not too bothered by it as I usually turn Edit Site off after using it.
