Would like to have a 2-column 50/50 template

I can't understand why a 2-column 50/50 template doesn't exist, but in any case, is it possible to make one?

I saw this thread on changing the width of 70/30 at some specific screen sizes, but that seems not what I'm talking about.

I'd like one page to have a 50/50 layout. Thanks.

Because that's very unusual. I've never seen a website with 50/50 layout.

Anyway, it's possible to tweak the CSS in the thread you linked to make it 50/50. I'll post the code shortly.

Thank you, as I posted in that thread, it works perfectly! I wonder why 50/50 is considered "bad"... If you have two columns of stuff to display, and they both need a bit more space than a narrow-wide or wide-narrow, why not make two columns equally sized?

No one says it's bad. I simply said it's unusual for websites. I haven't seen a site with 2 column layout. Have you seen one?

OK... well, I can't say I can remember one, but I'm not usually paying attention to that per se - maybe now I will keep my eyes open.
