Hook upon posting reply

Hi I am new to this forum , and I hope i am submitting my question on the right channel . In my case i need to integrate an existing php based application with vbulletin 5.3.0 . I have separate installation / url for both my php application and the vbulletin forum. The expected integration is : "when a user reply to a post, it will then consume an API / do post request (to my existing php application)" . I am wondering is there a somekind of hook to do this and what is the proper way in vbulletin to do such thing ?

I understand that under "do_not_upload" there are several hook for user related action (after activated, after login) , but I can`t find any with replying to post.

There is no hook yet after saving a post. I requested for it in the vBulletin tracking system. Please vote for it to get their attention.
