Show random posts like slider module

Would be great if there was a module where you could show posts of a certain channel (or more) (like the slider module with background image) but it should be possible not only to show the latest 2 or 5 topics but show any topic randomly which changes on every new refresh/visit of the page...

Thanks for your suggestion. That's doable. Do you want to display one random topic at a time and changes on every page load?

I just created a small preview how it could look like in different settings...



They should load random only be refresh/pageload. Right now the slider module is quite nice, we display all articles with it (99% have an image that can be displayed in background) but it only shows the latest topics. What we/I miss is the random showing of all topics/articles from a certain channel.
