MOD to create hyperlink of Forum being viewed

This has always bothered me. vBulletin "knows" what Forum a logged in user is viewing, but it doesn't let us know. Is it possible to create a MOD or custom CSS to turn the Viewing Forum into a hyperlink to the Forum?
