Multiple account login detector mod

I'd like to suggest Multiple account login detector mod

It prevents multiple registration by same user using cookies and IP

I had similar mods when I used to have VB3 and VB4 and I would love to have it on VB6

The names of the old hacks I believe are the following

Is this just for registration or also for logging in? If a user registered twice from different IP and browser and then tried to log in to the 2 accounts using the same IP and browser, will you allow the user to log in?

I've been monitoring logins from the same IP by different accounts. Having a mod to block this would be great.

Same user from different IP's is expected if someone's using their phone, a work PC, and their home network.

Both registration and loging in

It allows user to log in but creates new thread in the special channel for administrator and he can decide what to do
