VB6 Cloud - Limit Channel Access by Post Count

I seem to remember there was a mod for this in version 4. Can this be made for version 6?

The idea is that a member must have x amount of posts before being granted access to a particular channel/forum.

You can do this without a third-party mod. You can have a usergroup that has no permission to view or write on a channel. Then have a promotion (AdminCP > Usergroups > Promotions) that will promote (move) a user from a usergroup to another one that has the pemission to view or write on a channel.
