Comparison Website type Functionality

There are already some good comparison scripts out there for relatively low cost that would just need some integration code to make them appear like part of the site. Since this type of functionality has nothing to do with actual forum functionality, vbulletin will most definitely not even consider adding it to the core and vbulletin does not make and sell addon products for the core product.

I did a google search for comparison scripts and got several hits right off. That would be up to you to download and test the scripts to find the one that does what you want. Once you find one, unless you are a coder and know the ins and outs of vbulletin 5, you will have no other choice than to use the third party software and probably pay a vb developer to integrate it. It would be best to find a script that is mature, has good reviews, is currently developed and supported by the author(s), and is php7 compatible.
