It's possibile..... for the emoticon... like on smartphone... that u can have the most used.. automatically at 10-15 first positions on you emoticon zone?

The system doesn't record how many times an emoticon is used. So it doesn't know which are the most used to re-arrange it automatically. What you can do is just to manually create a new post icon category in AdminCP and add a new set of post icons that you think are the most used.

No, the emoticon sets displayed in the editor are global and not per-user.
