Dark color of New Topic/Reply box?

I've tried a lot of edits to get the color to change. It seems like .b-editor only changes the box itself, but there are still white borders around it.

Was more looking for the entire box rather than the font color

The point being, the editor is basically a php equivalent to an iframe.
Most of the colour control and configurations are in the root JS editor folder, not in the vB settings.

It would be hard to inspect the editor in the browser dev tools and see what needs to be tweaked without the actual page and the editor.

It is very difficult. Can't seem to find any sort of information about it after looking through google and other resources. What sort of tool should I get that would be able to actually look deeper into the coding?

Right-click > Inspect and it would open the browser dev tools where you will see what CSS are applied to what elements.
