I gave Glenn a football jersey. Ill post the pic at the bottom of this post. And ill post the link of my forum that i cant stop thinking about because its easily the best looking Charger forum on the web. Probably the best looking NFL team forum period. I spent 20 years in the Navy and have very high standards when it comes to work and detail. Im blown away at how Glenn was able to create this vision of mine. Ive never really been proud of my forum for the way it looks. But this has actually driven traffic and new members to my site.

Glad to help you migrate from vB4.2 to vB5.3.0 and re-create the old vB4 theme to vB5.

nice.....i feel the contrast of the main page is attacking my eyeballs tho....i think its better to soften the bg than pure white....see even this shot i took is using #f7f7f7 but is a smoother contrast with a touch of gray you may wish to consider. thanks for sharing

I think eventually i will be using a mesh jersey fabric. The same thats in my banner. It has a softer feel to it. But i appreciate the input. I may try that out.

I upgraded my forum from vb4 to vb5 on 8th of june: www.bmwpassion.com. It is the biggest BMW community in Italy since 2002.

I had some problems with the server in the first 2 days (it went frequently offline), but now it seems to be more stable.

Did you have any problem with the upgrade? What about your traffic? Increased, decreased or stable?

I would say it increased. I never had any problems because Glenn made sure everything went smoothly.

There's also an option to make the background transparent, this would bring the background image through, while not overpowering. Soften it up on the eyes, so to speak.

Yeah those are done through opacity. We now have 8 styles. Check out our Color Rush Themes. They have opaque backgrounds.

Yeah i think it turned out amazing. Funny thing is it really dosnt fit into our vintage chargers uniform name. The site is named after our vintage jerseys.
