    Add this in css_additional template in AdminCP or in CSS Editor in Sitebuilder.

    Code:
    .forum-list-container .category-header {
        background-color: #fc7f00;
    }

        Just noticed this one the same thing can be achieved using the stylevars the one to edit is Primary_ Module_ Subheader_ Background

        Would be nice if the css_additional could be used to give each forum a different color by using the forum id
        Just a thought

          I also found that but that stylevar is used in different places. Changing it will also change in other places.

            How about only changing the color for a specific category header? Do we need to specify the id?

              Yes.
              Code:
              #forumXXXX .category {
                  color: blue !important;
              }

              #forumXXXX .category:hover {
                  color: red !important;
              }

                There doesn't seem to be a variable for the content slider header. Primary Module Header Background works but it changes the color in other places too.

                Is there anything that can be done to change the header color for this module?

                  Get the widget id of the module.

                  Code:
                  #[COLOR=#FF0000]widget_XXXX[/COLOR] .widget-header {
                      background: blue;
                  }
                  #[COLOR=#FF0000]widget_XXXX[/COLOR] .widget-header .main-title {
                      color: white;
                  }
