Looking for some assistance with this. specifically the upper navbar which is a template edit as far as I can see, and the site logo. both are not responsive down to a handheld device.
I just seen this now, and can't remember if we discussed elsewhere. From my guess, it was either remnants from 3.8 that carried over from their upgrade, or the old methodology that was used with that version when you wanted to add items to the navbar. Those are my guesses.
