Need help! Admin can't use PM system

I don't know what I've done. Registered users of my site can use the PM system. But all Administrators cannot see the chat bubble by avatars and when Admin clicks on the"Send PM" link in postbit the error "Sorry, you are not authorized to view this page".
I know it has to do with the usergroup Administrators because when I change my test user to Administrator the same happens to that account.
The problem is, for the life of me I can't find why Admin cannot use vB Messenger or the PM system. Basically everything in the usergroup Administrator is set to yes.

Any ideas?

Oh crap.
Just looked at the image I posted and it's right there.
My dumbness on display.
But hey ... if I hadn't posted the image I wouldn't have noticed that I have a field set to "0" that should be a number.
