What about other members here, who did yours?

I am looking at the idea of getting mince re-done.

I did my own logo. I'm not an expert in Photoshop but I know the basics.

Same here i do all my own logos and designs i use a varaiety of tools the main one being photoshop you can create some fantastic logos with just a basic knowledge of the product but the thing to remember is less is more yes you can use a multitude of different filters to great effect but sometimes a little restraint works better as seen here it is plain and simple but gets the point over.

I did my own as well. But the way you have yours pop out like that Glenn is amazing. Great feature. Is that a mod? If so id buy it.

The actual logo image has no borders. I added the borders in CSS including the hover effect to make it pop out.

I found an online app that allowed me to do what I was looking for.

Glenn, how can I have the header background be the same as the rest of the page background seamlessly? If I use the same image for the header background as I us for the page background it creates a seam on the left and right of the header that doesn't line up with the rest of the page. Not an issue with solid colors, but i use a ortho layer on my site.

You can make the header background transparent by updating the header_background stylevar in the Style Variable Editor in AdminCP.

Ok, I got my site logo completed the way I like it. The problem is, is that once installed something in vbulletin is changing it. My test site has the new logo, but is not displaying it correctly. It should look like the attached photo.



Thoughts on what is going on?

ok this has happened to me a few times but only when i use sitebuilder to upload image the fix i use is to upload image to server then edit stylevar titleimage can be a bi tedious if you have a lot of themes you use but if you only have 1 or 2 then it is the better way
