Chrome Issue

So it seems after an automatic Google Chrome update certain sites started getting white flashing squares when scrolling the main page. The update version is 100.0.4896.75. It seemed to happen on this vbmods site and my forums home page. It did not happen on the vb forum. After some searching I found some info to turn off the
""Use hardware acceleration when available"" in settings
This seemed to work, so I guess this could be some kind of chrome bug?

I suspect it is related to some CSS animation. But I don't see the issue here. Can you post a screenshot or screencast?
