There is a simple on and off setting for that. The same thing happened to me at one time. I looked but forget where it is at. You should be able to ask on the cloud help forum over at VB

I can’t post on VB support. I’ve made 2 accounts, performed the email verification, but can’t get beyond that point. That’s why I was wondering if you have to be the site owner to post. It wants me to login, but it doesn’t accept the account credentials I created for vbsupport. It’s really frustrating.

Channel Management>Moderator permissions>Moderator Manager>scroll down to the bottom and turn off BOTH of those email preferences
