new grup don't see the shoutbox ?

on my test forum done a new group call friend look it everywhere cannot fix
this group don't see the soutbox any one got any idea where I go wrong can you gives a tip

Shoutbox sounds like a third-party mod. I would ask the mod developer in the first instance.

the fanny thing is all user mod admin there is no problem they all see the shoutbox
belive is question of setting as I create new group friend set up like any group this new group don't see the shoutbox

I'm guessing this shoutbox is a module and just like any other module, it has module permissions to select which usergroups have permission to view the module?

look like there is a option

edit shoutbox permissions by going to the instance manager and editing it from there.
