You might have some browser add-on that's blocking twitter.com? Can you try other browsers?

Must be something with firefox, works fine with chrome.

Tracking protection in firefox was blocking it.

Hmm...works for me on Firefox 61.0.2, then I upgraded to the latest version 62.0 and it still works.
