Buying Buying 4.2.5 + Mobility license

I'm looking to buy a transferrable vB 4.2.5 license with the mobility suite.
I'm assuming that the software is included with the license but since I'm new to this maybe not. If not then I will also need that.

Yeah, I've become aware of that. I'm really new to this stuff and found out I was actually asking for Mobile Publisher instead.
