Is there a way to have the top menu container float and not scroll with the page? This is the area with notifications and user name

But what to do on the topic page where the conversation toolbar (with the Post Reply, Search, pagination, Filter and Inline Moderation) is also floating? You would have 2 floating bars on that page.

Yes but I don't think it would look good to have 2 floating bars.
