Unread dropping comments

Sorry, I'm afraid I can't help as this is a server-side issue which requires server-side changes that are not allowed in vBCloud.

Thanks Glenn for the quick response. So it's a cloud thing I presume? I don't get how other cloud forums that allow comments are not complaining. Imagine having the unread reply's drop out. This is basically the same thing

If it is a cloud only thing, this one issue may be forcing me to migrate to a private server.

This issue applies to both vBCloud and self-hosted. But it cannot be fixed on vBCloud without access to the server.

I'd still have to look into the issue, replicate it and find a fix.

I understand, a lot of leg work. Hopefully they fix this real soon.
