Weird...it's still not working on my site. I tried upgrading, it still had the same issue (menu didn't disappear when exiting left, right or down). So I completely uninstalled the product and then reinstalled it...and I still have the same issue.
Another behavior I observed is in responsive mode. With this mod enabled, links in the main drop down menu for responsive viewing, have to be clicked/tapped twice in order to navigate to them. With this disabled, a single click/tap will navigate to each item in the menu.

That's an inherent problem with touch devices which doesn't have hover event. If you'd do it as click for touch devices, then you'd lose the ability to click on the main menu and go that page. For example, you won't be able to go to /blogs.
420 made a workaround by adding a main navigation item with # as the Target URL and then moving the original main nav item as one of its sub nav items. See his post in this thread at:
By default, vBulletin 5's main navigation menu only displays the sub-menu for the currently active main menu. If you are in a forum page and you want to create a new blog, you would have to click Blogs first then click "Create a New Blog". That's two clicks. If we display the sub-menus as you hover each main menu

I received an email this morning, clicked the link, and downloaded the file. That's the file I installed today (I selected "Overwrite" when installing it too). I've attached a screenshot from my AdminCP >> Products & Hooks >> Manage Products...it shows version 1.5.1 installed.
That didn't work, but I figured it out. I customized the style and the upgrade wouldn't overwrite the template that I changed. I reverted the template and installed and it's working now. Time to customize the style again.
What customizations did you do? If CSS, you can do it via css_additional template to avoid having to restore the customizations every time the mod is upgraded.
It was css, I changed the link (and hover) colors as well as the arrow colors. Good point on the css_additional template suggestion. Thanks $ coming your way for branding free.
When you customize the CSS in css_additional template, prefix the CSS rules with #vb-page-body to make sure your CSS will override the mod's default CSS. For example,
Strange, I don't receive any error when I open it on my iPhone 6. I've checked my error logs and don't see anything there either. Any way I can get a screenshot?
Since this morning I am not getting the error message. Which seems odd. When I went there this morning i got the error message, and it did not display the forums under the error pop up.
Actually, I've been googling that specific error...there are a couple pages that have been cached in the google search index, all of which are calendar pages on various vbulletin powered websites. I wonder if it has to do with the Ajax powered calendar.
