Based from the error you posted earlier, it looks like you are caching the templates. Try disabling the cache and then enable it again by setting the "Cache Templates As Files" option in AdminCP > Settings > Options > Style & Language Settings to No and then save. Then set it back to Yes and save.

Yes i did purchase the branded version and no theres no branding in page footer indeed

Yes i did upload everything to the correct directories and installed the xml true admin and set everything in settings, but when i click the button that appears in editor nothing happens

Did you follow step 2 to upload the contents of the 'upload' folder to your server?

I have followed all steps from installation but getting an error as following:
