How to display profile field in custom templates?

I have created 2 profile fields in admincp, for State/Province and City, and what I need is to display this INPUT fields in "contententry_title" template (under the title field), so users can enter values when they are posting new topic. Values from this fields I want to display in "display_Topic_item" template, under the topic title.

Generaly, the question is - how to display field input in some other template, not in profile templates?

PS. When I'm creating profile field there is no "Which page displays this option?" option.

I'm using latest version of vB, 5.3.3.

Even if you figure out how to display custom profile fields in a template, you would still need to save the selection made by the user in order to display the correct value in a template. So you're basically asking for 2 separate things.
