CKEditor issue after upgrade to 5.4.0

I just upgraded from 5.3.4 to 5.4.0 and for some reason an annoying X appears in the CKEditor on my custom style (not on the vB default styles).

If I inspect the element, I see the following code:

    Code:
    <span class="b-icon b-icon__x-circle--dark js-link js-contententry-panel-x h-margin-right-m h-margin-top-m js-ckeditor-toolbar-close" tabindex="0">x</span>
I tried searching for this line in the Admin Control Panel, but was not able to find this line.

Is there any way I can hide it using CSS?

Have you tried clearing the browser cache?

Do you have template merge conflicts after the upgrade? One of them might be containing that X button.

I did have template merge conflicts, but I just noticed the X appears on a fresh install of vBulletin 5.4.0, so I will contact the theme maker to take a look.
