How to focus the center of a page on page load

I'm looking to if it is possible to have a certain page on my site load to the center of the page, as opposed to the top and have to scroll to the bottom. I would like it to load so it is at the halfway point of the page.

Add an id to the HTML container of the main content you want to scroll to. For example:

id="sponsorships"

Then when you link to the page,

http://apco-atlantic.org/Conference[COLOR=#FF0000]#sponsorships[/COLOR]
