admin email setting

Where is the setting to receive admin emails at? specifically when posts are flagged and new members are awaiting moderation?

1. AdminCP > Settings > Options > User Infractions & Post Reporting Options

2. There's "Email Address to Notify About New Members" in AdminCP > Settings > Options > User Registration Options but I think this is only after signs up without email verification or after user is verified if email verification is enabled. I think there's no specific email to Admins when new users are awaiting email moderation.
