Unable to use SiteBuilder to edit site

The header on one of my forums is not working (Quick Setup, Edit Site buttons are grayed out) and all the modules can't be minimized. I suspect that one of the html modules is breaking the site but I can't access sitebuilder because of the header issue. I disabled PHP, Static HTML, and Ad Module rendering but it has no effect.

Is there something else I can do to access sitebuilder?

Check the Javascript error(s) in the console (F12 > Console)

It looks like JS files are missing. Did you delete the /js directory? Or did you delete the js files in that directory?

That's weird, the js files were all there but the rollup files end with _531. I guess the upgrade from 5.3.1 to 5.3.3 didn't go through properly, even though admincp shows 5.3.3. I ran the upgrade over again and it works now. Thanks for the suggestion Glenn.
