We are getting feedback that our forum's logo and header banner only appears when a user is logged into the site. Is there a setting in AdminCP that I can update so the logo and header banner always appear whether logged in or not or would this be a custom CSS solution? We're using vBCloud. Thank you.

That looks like a permission issue. To avoid having such issue on site logo, I recommend just uploading your logo image directly to the server using the vBCloud File Manager in AdminCP. Then copy the generated URL of the uploaded logo. Then go to Style Variable Editor, search for titleimage style variable and paste the copied URL and save. Repeat updating the style variable for each active theme/style your site is using.Helpful? Donate. Thanks!
