Windows Server 2008 shutdown due to PHP errors

My server shuts down sporadically due to the following errors. I don't see these files in the directory provided by the error. How do you resolve this?

It looks like you are missing the sqlsrv PHP extension. You have to install it to the server. Google it to know where to download it from.

Thanks Glenn. Turns out it was completely unrelated to php.

Turns out it was a driver update and changes made to sharing settings. Everything was reverted and we're back up.
