Hello I have a problem, every time a post is written on my forum, email notifications reach all users! This is becoming stressful! I run the sql query to not get emails but the result was negative! All emails continue to arrive! How can I fix it?

Try turning off again then clear system cache in AdminCP.
But note that even if you globally turn off email notifications, users can still enable it back in their user settings.Helpful? Donate. Thanks!
