Quick quote not quoting text in vbulletin

I am using vBulletin 4.1.9 Patch Level 4 and PHP Version 5.4.45 . When I select text of a user's post the "Quote" popup appears. clicking on the "Quote" popup nothing gets quoted, just a blank text edit box appear.
"Reply With Quote" option working fine and its quoted user post with reference. Please give me a solution how can I make working the selected text "Quote". Thank you in advance

Are you using a mod here or from somewhere? The quote mod here is for vB5.

I used the mod from here but didn't work .my current vB is 4.1.9 . Is there any mod for vB4 ?

No version for vB4 here. Did you try to look at vbulletin.org?
