Did you mean external links and not internal? Normally you would add nofollow to external links not internal links? But if you want some of the pages on your site to be nofollowed, then just block those pages in robots.txt so that they will not be crawled by search engines.

But to add nofollow on external links, go to AdminCP > Settings > Options > BB Code Settings > Add nofollow attribute to URL BB Code and set it to Yes.
