Change Paper Clip Icon to Video Icon and Move It

I want to change the paper clip Icon to a video icon and move it next to the camera icon!
How difficult would that be?

It would take a bit of custom CSS trickery to move only that one to the left and the remaining to be kept on the right.

I'd be fine with moving them all to the left and changing the paperclip icon to a video clip icon! Is that pretty easy? Or min. change paperclip icon to video icon. I changed that icon file on my server but even after clearing cach the new one did not appear for some reason.

Try this:

}

The icon should be 16x16.
