I tried various paths in /images or in /core/images/rank/admin.png or even in /images/misc/admin.jpg

I have also created user titles

I have also updated in maintenance the Update titles and users rank

do you know why he gives me this error and does not make me upload the ranks tags?

/images/ranks/your image.png
making sure you upload the image to the core/images/ranks directory

Hi willie, thank you for help, i had already tried as you said but he always gave me the error, since i had written the names of the images in capital letters, however, in the path i wrote in lower case, now i solved renaming the images with the name in lower case.
