I found the option within the administration panel

It would be possible an automatic answer for example in a predetermined theme of presentations in the forum, I mean when the user makes the presentation topic automatically he will leave a pre-defined comment by the administration

It looks like it is possible to do something (such as sending email) after user verified his email address. There is a PHP hook called hookUserAfterActivation. There are sample packages in /do_not_upload/development folder in the vB5 package which you can take a look to see how to create one.
