Would it be possible if to create a mod that enables Desktop Push Notifications if someone posted in a subscribed thread, quoted you, made a comment on your post or have sent you a PM?

Yes it's possible. I'll consider making it. But isn't it in vBulletin's plans in the near future to implement push notifications on dektop? I believe they already implemented it on mobile apps.Helpful? Donate. Thanks!
