Sorry, but that list is BS lol. Well A2 Hosting and SiteGround are ok, but not the others which are owned by EIG! Sites like that mainly promote the providers who pay the highest amount of commissions. They do not care about users getting a proper service. I hate sites like that with a passion.

It really is best to test a few different providers to know the difference in speed, etc. Too many biased/fake reviews on the net.
