New member here but long time vBulletin user

I have been running three vBulletin forums for photography interest for over ten years and got a bit stuck at vB3. Briefly tried vB4 with one forum but now decided to go the whole hog and move to vB5. Once I have cracked that I will move the remaining vB3 forums to vB5.

The one I am working on is semi-dormant and serves as the one to experiment with at http://fourthirds-user.com/forum but looking to bring it back to its former glory.

I'm having some problems configuring the header; I'm looking to use a full-width graphicbutit only seems to show half way across.
