There is a simple on and off setting for that. The same thing happened to me at one time. I looked but forget where it is at. You should be able to ask on the cloud help forum over at VB

I canโt post on VB support. Iโve made 2 accounts, performed the email verification, but canโt get beyond that point. Thatโs why I was wondering if you have to be the site owner to post. It wants me to login, but it doesnโt accept the account credentials I created for vbsupport. Itโs really frustrating.

Channel Management>Moderator permissions>Moderator Manager>scroll down to the bottom and turn off BOTH of those email preferences
No, it doesn't work in vB6. The online/offline status icon has changed to Font Awesome icon in vB6 and the HTML and CSS classes have changed as well....
