This is a testing script that was created to resolve issues with vB installations, crashes and lockouts.
Unlike the tools.php which requires a sudo working vB to use, this script is external and pulls information from the PHP, SQL and server configs.
This script is especially good for detecting issues with upgrade incompatibility issues.
Upload the script to the root folder of where vB is being hosted.
Point your browser to it and enter the appropriate information to access the SQL server.
It will perform the tests and if everything is good all will indicate PASS.
