Raffle Mod for VB5

We had a raffle mod on our Vbulletin 4 forum and members really liked it.
I have been searching for a raffle mod for vb5 but did not find anything.

Hereby I want to make a request for such a module and willing to pay for it.

On vb4 I used this mod from Nhawk: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=262901

It almost had everything I needed, some options I would liked to have were:

1. When raffle has multiple prizes, show what member had prize no1, no2, no3 etc..
2. Option to: When user won in previous raffle exclude from next x raffle(s). Or win the same prize again (prize no1, no2 no3 etc).
3. Member from x usergroup can activate x amount of tickets (so you can reward certain member groups or paying members).
4. Option to copy existing raffle to new one and edit so you can easily make new raffles.

Although these options would make the mod even more perfect, I would be happy with a similar mod like Nhawk made to start of with.
Also some integration with vb5 to display the raffle in the modules would be nice.

I am curious of other members of this forum have some ideas as well?
I can only help financially or with some graphic design.
