Hi, my name is Icha and im Indonesian. I would like ask your favor, i really want to have prediction modul for upcoming match. Example; Mancheter United vs Evertoon, member can put their prediction by choosing number such as 1-0, 2-0, etc. The most higest number got the top place on the liat and reverse, the lowest at the bottom. Some questions:

1. Can guests make prediction?
2. Is a user only allowed to make one prediction?
3. Where can I get a list of all football teams and their logo?
4. Should predictions be closed at some point? I assume no one should be able to make a prediction when the game has started.
5. Should the system declare winners?
